Choose the outcome before the hall
Write down target companies, technical questions and decisions. Build a short route from the official exhibitor list and group neighbouring halls. Leave time for notes and delayed conversations. A fair badge, conference pass and private invitation may grant different access. Verify the right edition and address before choosing accommodation.
Do not fill arrival day with meetings
Landing does not mean being ready for a fair. Separate baggage, check-in, changing clothes and venue entry. If an important arrival-day meeting is unavoidable, leave a way to adjust it. Do not derive a guaranteed appointment time from a scheduled landing. In your arrival preparation, clarify flight number, meeting details and baggage.
List the less visible business needs
Think about invoicing details, charging, connectivity and how you will record notes. Decide whether samples travel by hand, in luggage or by shipment. An exhibitor listing does not confirm an appointment; verify key meetings directly. A short daily review makes follow-up easier than trying to reconstruct every business card at home.

Consider the venue, hotel and evening plans on the same map.
Leave a little room for Paris
Choose a dinner, walk or one cultural stop without turning a work trip into another marathon. Protect the actual last meeting and departure first. Our business-and-leisure guide helps use the gaps. On the final day, separate fair exit, hotel luggage collection and airport preparation rather than expecting everything to finish together.

Leave a little space after the fair
If energy remains after meetings, pick one area from the Christmas outing guide. Start with the actual fair location: an evening leaving Villepinte does not begin where a Porte de Versailles visit ends.
Instead of making arrival another full fair day, consider a gentler transition with the first evening after arriving in Paris.
